No, they do not
Through Doordash or Grubhub, but not directly.
Great food. Stiff stiff prices for what you get.
Ordered the Orange Chicken for delivery and was disappointed, couldn’t eat it after initial bites. It was mushy and not crispy at all, didn’t taste fresh. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Best General Tso's I've ever had.
Delivery is terrible. Been 1.5 hours for a 2 mile drive.
had an excellent chicken pad Thai.. definitely coming back..
Terrific food, excellent salads. Try the Dim Sum and Then some and get an assortment of foods.
Wow can't ever give a legendary spot no matter the change in location less than five stars! Still an OG environment and won't cost a pretty penny to get your grub on went with a bunch of jokesters and we were more comfortable and laughing like it was a living room!
Perry was an excellent host! Along without server Joe. Amazing customer service went along way! Celebrating a friend's birthday here, and Chinese New Year was fun at Chin Chin. Food here is AMAZING! Must check it out!
Very good dishes authentic
Nice restaurant, very roomy, great decor, great food selection, and you don't have to compromise between portion size or food quality. You'll come home full and happy with the quality of the food you ate.Parking is a bit tricky, but it's free and has both an elevator and escalator. Staff is very friendly and pays great attention to detail.Highly recommend!
Chin Chin is an all time favorite but the prices are steep. Best deal there is the Dim Sum and then Sum and if you go to the one on Sunset there's easy parking in the back and cute little benches where you can eat and enjoy an amazing view of the city. This one has okay parking, but its best feature is that right across the street is a Starbucks, Papersource and Salt and Straw for amazing ice cream! My favorite is Honey Lavender or the seasonals made with edible flowers.
Amazing food great customer service
Great food, incredible service. I highly recommend if you love Chinese. Best I have had in a long time.
The fried rice is Amazing. However, I have one question. What happened to the Asian Pear Salad with raspberry vinaigrette, and glazed pecans? That salad was the BEST!!!
The Spicy eggplant can possibly change your life.. for the better. Service is always good.
I have been a vegetarian for almost a decade now and I was served chicken dumplings when I ordered the vegetable dumplings. I waited over a half hour for a simple order and I was given something I didnt even order. Additionally the waitress was in her own world and very inefficient. First and last time at this restaurant.
NOT FOR SINGLES If you're eating alone, be aware that the menu is only "a la carte." Entree, salad, rice, vegetables, drink, dessert - quite the catch for one and quite the bounty for $hin $hin. We chose to eat at Khao Soi Thai downstairs for a complete meal on one plate for about $13.
Really Nice Place! Delicious Food. Great Customer Service.
Each and every time I come here for a delicious lite bite of a dinner or lunch, I am thrilled with the chance to eat California style fresh and healthy Asian cuisine. My go to is the Chinese chicken salad , a mix of iceberg lettuce, wontons, almonds, rice noodles, julienned carrots all mixed together with their spectacular signature dressing, a tangy combination of soy , ginger and secret ingredients. The veggies are so fresh that recently I saw the produce truck pulling up to deliver a fresh new supply . Every dish on the menu is a gourmet choice, from steamed potstickers to velvet chicken to spicy beef & broccoli. If you go with a large group, you can order 'family style,' and have a taste of everything. Best Chinese food in Los Angeles, bar none!
They had a slightly modified menu after recently opening for dine-in after COVID shutdown. However they prepared a favorite entree for us though it was not on the menu!
Very clean excellent food great staff
The service is great, they are very friendly, and very hospitable. However, they lagged it on the food. They take forever to bring you your food, and honestly I think it's overpriced for the quality of food.
Called beforehand for dinner on a Sunday at 5PM. Was told no wait, come on in. Got there and waited about 30 minutes despite plenty of empty tables. Chaos in the kitchen and overheard that the GM froze seating so the kitchen can catch up. Understandable, simple reset so they can stabilize. No explanation or apology from the GM that sat us, and nothing about it from the waiter either. Got seated and still waited about another 15 minutes to order. Had to ask for the free wanton chips every other table got. Beer and sake came out after the main meal was brought out, even though it was ordered first. Cant believe I paid $10 for a small bottle of Saporro. This place used to be one of my favorite spots for their iconic chicken salad.... but unfortunately I dont see myself coming back here again.
Wonderful food and fabulous service from Shawn and everyone there! Always reliably fabulous.
Potstickers were great, some of the food was really greasy, even after asking for light oil
Waited soon long for our food and then they switched the menu so very dissapointed after a long wait and thus is a childhood memory that i wanted to share with my son and family... Very dissappointed 😣
The food was good. The prices were competitive. Service was good. The interior was cute.
The food was fantastic, our server was brilliant and really sweet. Do try their chocolate dipped fortune cookies after your meal.
Food was good in general. Rice was a little dry.
Hands down...bomb food! And our server (Daniele) was amazing! I was a server for almost 12 years and that was what I call top quality service! He was fast, friendly, informative and so sweet. The food was incredible and totally worth the price we paid!!!! The view from the dining room is great too!! I will definitely be coming back here soon!!!
Great service and fresh food. Wonton soup gets a thumbs up from my daughter.
This place is worth it. Ive always heard that its a bit pricey. That's fine. It kills Panda and feels cleaner than any other Chinese place on Ventura.
Eating here for decades and still good. Once upon a time in the 90s it was the place to eat. Now it seems you can always get a table easily. But, the people that aren't feeling those tables are missing really good Chinese food at a great price and a great atmosphere. Always very mellow and always good.
My go to spot for excellent food and customer service. The gold wrapped chicken and a chopped salad and some wonton stars are among my favorites. Public parking and underground parking is available.
I wanted some dim sum food especially pan fried dumplings. I got them takeout. They are the best in LA! Serving size is a healthy amount. For that 5 stars!
Extremely attentive service, very tasty dishes and all around great experience.
Nice atmosphere and view. The food is delicious. Oo and you get a fortune cookie
Been coming here with the whole family for years. There s something for everyone. I like the War Won Ton Soup with the wonderful Chinese chicken Schezuan Dumplings -- the sauce is out of this world! Spicy just great. My daughter gets the Chinese chicken salad which also comes with tofu. This is great if you are watching your weight. Her kids love the Anthony's noodles. Something for everyone. Check it out.
Great food and great service. Loved the coconut tea and the orange chicken. Always my favorite Chinese restaurant anywhere! And I have traveled a lot!
Very clean nice and quiet... the food was delicious
Delicious fried rice, bok choy with mushrooms and tofu, and bbq pork. Fast delivery via Doordash.
The worse $50 ever spent. Now I remember why it took 6 yrs to come back here. The orange chicken was so loaded with bell peppers that you couldn’t even find the chicken. The sauce was watery and bland. Even The white rice was bad or really cheap quality. Oh yeah and the plates crusty. can’t wait for new management going back to Bamboo cuisine
Had their signature salad. Dressing was great but the salad itself is just so so. Our server, Joey was terrific. Very attentive and accommodating without smothering.
Great experience. Took my friend here for her birthday. I haven’t been to a Chin Chin in years. Was not disappointed. The food is still amazing. Tastes exactly like I remembered it. Our server was awesome. Fun and attentive. Can’t wait to go back!
City staple definitely a great place to bring family and friends to celebrate so yummy
we ordered a meal the other day form them. This meal was the worst food I have had in many years! We had to discard it, it was as if they spilled an entire can of salt into our food!! Horrible! When I called them today because I was reminded of that meal again when on Postmates and saw (as always) to leave a tip for our last meal to the driver (which I did anyway, not his fault) So I called Micheal the manager to tell him and his response? He said they were the third party so it wasn't their fault!! I wasn'teven asking for anything just to let them know as my niece won Top Chef and I invest in her restaurants. Unreal, they cooked it not Postmates!!! Inexcusable and inedible
Great tasty food and excellent service.
Gone down hill!Been going for 30 yearsThey served a plate covered in oil then brought it back with so much salt I still can't taste anything. Couldn't eat it. Left me at the table for 15 minutes and brought me a cookie in front of my 4 year old who didn't need a cookie. They just don't care anymore. Awful!.
Great Service but the food is in Panda Express taste level. Many options but nothing special to bring me back.
Food was good but the kitchen is slow. I expect to bring the hot foods together. Not only bring the chicken but bring the fried rice too. We were done with the chicken but the rice didn't show up. Really disappointed
